Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your use of the bodk website, mobile interface, and all associated services offered to players in Bangladesh. bodk is an online casino and sports betting platform designed to deliver a secure, fair, and enjoyable gaming experience to adults across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and every corner of Bangladesh.

By accessing any part of the bodk platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, redeeming a bonus, or simply browsing our games library — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Eligibility and Account Registration

• You are permitted to hold only one bodk account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity document, phone number, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited.
• You must supply accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid mobile number linked to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player through bodk's Responsible Gaming program or any linked platform.

By completing registration, you warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you meet all eligibility requirements. bodk may conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to comply with a KYC request within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

Deposits and Withdrawals

bodk supports a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods to ensure fast, convenient, and secure fund transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to minimum and maximum thresholds as displayed on the cashier screen at the time of transaction.

• Accepted deposit channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. bodk reserves the right to add or remove payment channels without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect account integrity.
• Processing times for withdrawals are typically within 24 hours, subject to KYC verification status and banking partner processing windows. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside bodk's control.
• bodk does not charge internal transaction fees. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service charges, which are the player's sole responsibility.

bodk is not a financial institution and does not hold deposits for savings or investment purposes. Funds credited to your account balance are held solely for the purpose of wagering on the bodk platform.

Bonuses and Promotions

bodk periodically offers promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback deals, and seasonal campaign rewards (for example, during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or the BPL cricket season). All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general bonus rules set out here.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any withdrawal can be requested. The rollover multiple for each bonus is clearly stated on the promotion page at the time of claim.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games will not count toward rollover requirements.
• bodk reserves the right to void any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has attempted to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus conditions through coordinated play, multi-accounting, or any other means.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the wagering context.

Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

bodk is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and legal referral where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, data-scraping tools, or any artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit or systematically drain the platform.
• Submitting fraudulent, altered, or stolen payment credentials. Attempting to reverse, dispute, or chargeback a deposit that has already been wagered constitutes fraud.
• Using the bodk platform for any form of money laundering, illicit fund transfers, or financing of prohibited activities under Bangladeshi law.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or using a VPN or proxy to disguise your true location.

bodk employs 24/7 monitoring, SSL encryption, and fraud detection algorithms to protect the integrity of all games and financial transactions. Any suspected breach will be investigated thoroughly, and bodk's determination shall be final and binding.

Account Suspension and Termination

bodk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms, including but not limited to underage play, duplicate account creation, bonus abuse, or fraudulent conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a request, or providing documentation that bodk, in its sole judgment, determines to be forged, expired, or otherwise invalid.
• A player's voluntary request to close their own account, including via the Responsible Gaming self-exclusion program. Upon successful self-exclusion, bodk will take reasonable technical steps to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the bodk platform necessarily involves the collection, storage, and processing of personal data. bodk uses industry-standard SSL encryption across all data transmissions. Personal information will never be sold, rented, or traded to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC partners, payment processors, and regulatory bodies strictly as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

bodk provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bodk expressly disclaims all warranties — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

bodk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, gaming losses, data loss, service interruption, or unauthorized access to your account. bodk's aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The revised Terms take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh.
